Our PSL Will Give You All The Fall Feels Without The Guilt

What's better than a pumpkin spice latte this time of year? A pumpkin spice latte that won't add up to the calories of your lunch! Also, it's a cheaper way to feed your fall addiction.

You will need:

Your choice of milk or heavy cream
Pumpkin puree
Pumpkin spice
Vanilla extract
Liquid stevia or your choice of sweetener
A Blender
Stove top or microwave


Microwave or heat on stove over medium heat:
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk (or milk/creamer of your choice)
3 Tbsp pumpkin puree

Blend together:

Heated milk and pumpkin puree mixture
Add 1 tsp. pumpkin spice
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2-3 drops of liquid stevia

Add to 8oz of coffee
Top with cinnamon & whipped cream & enjoy!
